The Fresh Care Quality Check™
Commercial cleaning you don’t have to constantly check behind. Our quality-control process creates clear expectations, verification, supervisor oversight and documented follow-up from one cleaning to the next.
Site-specific checklists • Cleaner verification • Supervisor inspections • Documented corrective action
You Shouldn’t Have to Manage Your Cleaning Company
A commercial cleaning program should not depend on a property manager repeatedly pointing out the same missed trash can, dusty surface or restroom detail. Fresh Care Cleaning uses a documented quality-control process designed to establish clear expectations before the cleaning begins and create accountability after the work is performed.
Instead of relying only on whether a facility appears clean at a glance, the Fresh Care Quality Check combines written checklists, cleaner verification, supervisor review, final walkthroughs and documented client follow-up.
Quality control should answer four questions
- ✓What exactly was the cleaner expected to complete?
- ✓How was completion verified?
- ✓Who checks the work beyond the assigned cleaner?
- ✓What happens when something is missed?
How the Fresh Care Quality Check Works
Every account is different, but the quality-control framework stays consistent: define the work, verify completion, inspect the result and document corrections when needed.
Site-Specific Cleaning Checklist
Every facility receives a written cleaning plan based on the actual rooms, surfaces, service frequency, client priorities and special requirements at that location.
Cleaner Verification
Cleaners work from the assigned checklist and verify completion of key tasks. Photo documentation can be used when appropriate for priority areas or specialty work.
Supervisor Inspection
Supervisors review high-priority areas, detail work, restrooms, floors, trash removal and site-specific requirements to help maintain consistent service.
Final Walkthrough
Before the cleaning is closed out, the team performs a final review for missed details, presentation issues and items that require correction.
Client Issue Follow-Up
When a client reports a concern, the issue is documented and communicated to the cleaning team so there is a clear record of what needs attention.
Corrective Cleaning
If something is missed, we address the issue promptly, document the correction and use the feedback to help prevent the same problem from recurring.
A Quality-Control System You Can See
The goal is simple: make cleaning expectations easier to communicate, easier to verify and easier to correct when something falls short.
Written Checklists
Clear expectations for every facility, shift and assigned cleaner.
Photo Verification
Visual documentation for selected tasks, problem areas and specialty work when appropriate.
Supervisor Oversight
Another level of accountability beyond the cleaner performing the service.
Documented Corrections
Reported issues become actionable records instead of repeated verbal complaints.
Our service promise
If Something Is Missed, There Is a Process for Fixing It
Quality control is not about pretending mistakes never happen. It is about catching problems, responding quickly and making sure the same issue does not become a recurring frustration for the client.
“Report an issue and we’ll address it promptly and document the correction.”
What happens after an issue is reported?
- 1.The concern is documented and reviewed.
- 2.The appropriate cleaner or supervisor is notified.
- 3.Corrective cleaning is scheduled or completed as appropriate.
- 4.The correction is documented.
- 5.The checklist or team instructions can be updated if needed.

Commercial Cleaning Quality Control FAQ
What is the Fresh Care Quality Check?
The Fresh Care Quality Check is our quality-control process for commercial cleaning. It combines site-specific checklists, cleaner verification, supervisor review, final walkthroughs, client follow-up and documented corrective cleaning when something is missed.
Do you use the same checklist at every building?
No. Cleaning expectations vary by facility. We build the checklist around the site layout, service frequency, priority areas, flooring, restrooms, client requests and other location-specific requirements.
Do cleaners take photos after every cleaning?
Photo verification may be used for selected tasks, specialty services, problem areas or sites where documentation is useful. The exact verification process depends on the facility and service plan.
What happens if something is missed?
Report the issue to Fresh Care Cleaning and we will address it promptly, document the correction and communicate the feedback to the cleaning team. Our goal is not only to fix the immediate issue but also reduce the chance of it happening again.
Do you offer a free-cleaning satisfaction guarantee?
Our focus is on accountability and corrective action rather than a blanket free-service guarantee. When a service issue is reported, we document it, address it promptly and follow through with the team responsible for the location.
What areas do you serve?
Fresh Care Cleaning provides commercial cleaning services throughout the Phoenix metro area, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise and Goodyear.
